"My Polls" paging implemented

A new paging implementation has been made to the My Polls listing page that allows you to access your polls quicker and more efficiently. You can also control the number of polls displayed per page by using the convenient drop-down.
It's a small change, but we feel the added functionality will be a welcome addition.
